The MdHIMA Nominating Committee wants you to suggest fellow members and/or yourself as possible candidates for the MdHIMA Executive Board positions for the next fiscal year, July 1, 2009 – June 30, 2010.

ALL NOMINEES MUST BE ACTIVE MdHIMA MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING.

Nominations will be open from December 1, 2008 through January 31st, 2009 for the following seats:

• Executive Board Officer

• Delegate to AHIMA’s House of Delegates

• Chairman of the Finance Committee

• Executive Board Officer

• Maintains permanent records of the Association and Executive Board meetings

• Executive Board Officer

• In charge of all MdHIMA funds

• Prepares all financial reports

• Two year term

• Represents MdHIMA membership at Executive Board Meetings

• Represents Maryland in the House of Delegates at AHIMA’s Annual Meeting
