Once again it is planning time for the Maryland Annual Meeting to be held on June 5-6, 2008 at the Baltimore Convention Center.  As always, the success of our meetings depends upon your support.  We look forward to your support and attendance at the up-coming meeting.  Please keep in mind the following important dates:

All exhibitor booths must be received by Chesapeake Expositions no later than May 30, 2008.  There must be an indication of company name, contact person and name of show on all shipments.

Evening function in the Convention Center following last speaker

June 6, 2008

Morning break in vendor area
Last visit with vendors and door prize drawings 1:00-2:00 PM
Vendor break down after 2:00 PM (Please do no break down prior to this time)
