Registration fees shall be paid by MdHIMA for the President of MdHIMA or other delegated representatives to have the Association represented at meetings or seminars as determined necessary by the Executive Board.
 

This statement provides the Association a means to market itself through the presence of the President or other designated representative at meetings or seminars, which are conducted by other organizations.  In addition, the representative will provide feedback to the membership through the association.
