Tina DiFranco, Esquire Tina DiFranco is the managing member of the Baltimore firm of Cook & DiFranco, LLC. Her practice focuses in the areas of civil litigation, health care law, and professional malpractice. Ms. DiFranco earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Maryland School of Nursing and her Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America. Ms. DiFranco represents plaintiffs and defendants in jury and nonjury cases in both Federal and State Courts. She has tried cases in various jurisdictions throughout Maryland and out of state. Ms. DiFranco has lectured extensively on health care issues for health care providers and has provided numerous seminars on health care topics. Since 1997, Ms. DiFranco has taught Health Care Law as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law, University of Baltimore, Health Systems Management – Graduate Program, and at the University of Maryland, Health Law and Policy – Graduate Program.
