Eligibility Benefits Annual Dues Membership Application
Eligibility
Any corporation interested in the purposes of the Maryland Health Information Management Association (MdHIMA) is eligible for corporate partnership. Each corporate partner shall designate one (1) individual who receives the rights and privileges of corporate partnership for one (1) year [as described below]. Subsidiaries, affiliates, and divisional companies are not included under the corporate partnership of the parent corporation but are eligible for corporate partnership in their own right.
Benefits
MdHIMA State Convention – Corporate partners will receive a 10% discount on booth space at the MdHIMA annual state convention. This is redeemable once during membership year. In addition, corporate partners will receive recognition in the final program at the MdHIMA annual meeting. MdHIMA Website – Corporate partners will be listed on the MdHIMA website on the vendor directory page. The corporate partner will also receive a link to their website from the MdHIMA website. Job Bank – Corporate partners will receive a 20% discount for each job bank job posting. MdHIMA Publications – The corporate representative for each corporate partner will receive MdHIMA eNewsletters.

Annual Dues
Annual dues for corporate partners are $350. Membership is for one (1) year (from July 1 to June 30). Dues will NOT be prorated for a partial year.
Membership Application
The application must include the contact information for both a chief corporate officer and the corporate representative to whom MdHIMA assigns the rights and privileges of partnership. Fee may be paid by either check or credit card.
