MDHIMA is pleased to announce that our 2021 Annual Meeting will be virtual! We heard you and the safety of our members, partners and stakeholders is of utmost importance to us. The Annual Meeting Committee have put together a variety of educational sessions presented by industry experts. This year’s theme is Transforming information into Quality Care through Innovation, Integration and Motivation.
We are excited to offer a new format with increased options for accessing and viewing the presentations. There are some great benefits of offering our meeting virtually:
1. All presentations will be pre-recorded, giving you the opportunity to maximize the number of CEUs you can obtain for this meeting. Members will be able to get up to a total of 18 credits.
2. Once access has been granted, members will have 60 days to view the presentations. You can click on the presentations as often as you like in that time frame.
3. Early bird registration ends June 30, 2021, but members can register for the annual meeting up until October 31, 2021.
The Keynote Speaker is Bish Bates, Leadership Coach & Motivational Speaker.
Bishara Bates is the Executive Officer for FEMA’s Office of the Chief Component Human Capital Officer (CCHCO). He has expertise in leadership, process improvement and training development. Through his sincere, but light-hearted and inspirational style, Bish will share some of the leadership skills and strategies that have contributed to his success in hopes that he can positively influence your success.
