Contact Tracer Recruitment

We’ve been retained by the Institute for Public Health Innovation to recruit 400 COVID-19 Contact Tracers in Fairfax County, VA. The Institute for Public Health Innovation is one of the region’s leading health organizations that develops multi-sector partnerships and innovative solutions to improve the public’s health and well-being across Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. We need to have this initial cohort in place a rapidly as possible, and we’re hoping you can Help Us Help.

Contact tracing is a recognized and effective strategy for “flattening the curve” in a pandemic.  It is painstaking, tedious, investigatively intensive work, requiring excellent communication skills.  Contact tracers must be empathic and compassionate, but they must also be incredibly thorough, perseverant and clinically dispassionate.  The attached infographic provides a summary of how the contact tracing process works.

What can you do to help?

We need your ideas, referrals, suggestions and SUPPORT!

Ideas & Referrals:  We’ve set up a dedicated email box just for the HR community.  Send your ideas on groups or individual candidates that we should reach out to HelpUsHelp@GattiHR.com. We’ll review and follow up on each and every one of them.

Support:  Forward this email to your network.  We will be running social media campaigns on LinkedIn and Twitter.  Amplify those campaigns by liking and sharing them broadly.

We’ll be using our TalentBoost™ platform to manage this effort.  It was specifically built to support high volume/high velocity staffing and training initiatives.
